Framing/Carpentry
Whether it’s an addition, a new build, a change to the slope of the roof, or to move a door, we can help. Using plans or sketches that you provide, we’'ll take apart the existing structure and move/add/change it to however you like.

Concrete
Our carpenters and finishers have experience working on large commercial concrete structures as well as residential. Our focus is on ICF walls or grade beams, however we will take on slab work or wood forming if the need arrises.

Roofing
Roofing has always been a big part of Spencer Construction's business. With 15 + years in the business we have what it takes to do more then just shingles. We take on restructuring, reinsulating, additions, metal roofing, cedar shakes, and low slope applications.

General Contracting
In the event we don't have the expertise or the trades people in house to perform your project, we do have a wide range of industry connections and if you're interested we can assist you with your project from start to finish.
